Asthma - the chronic lung disease which attacks all range of people from little one to old people. There are many people suffers from this disease as it don’t have proper treatment to cure the disease. The best way to get relieved from this disease is to control and not exposing the patients to the causatives. The exact cause for asthma is still a dilemma and the researches say that there are many factor involved in causing this disease.

What causes Asthma? Asthma is a respiratory disease and it takes place in respiratory tracks called Bronchi. These bronchi have many branches where the blood picks the air to the whole body. For variety of reason the bronchial tubes are narrowed and even blocked due to mucus deposition. As the result of this the air is blocked in some place and the asthma begins there. The people with asthma feel very difficult to inhale and exhale the air and they start to cough, wheeze and breathe heavily.
Asthma is most trigged by external agents, which cause respiratory infection. There number of irritant which cause asthma includes tobacco smoke, dust mites, pet dander, particularly from cats, flower pollen and dust; pollution, deodorants or perfumes, exercise, cold air, emotional stress. Some of these asthma triggers can bring an immediate asthma attack mild or severe. Deodorants or perfumes are very dangerous causatives of Asthma and leads to mild and sever attacks. Exercise induced asthma are very common and you must be careful in this case.
