Asthma is a chronic lung disease. The attacks of asthma are of two types, one is mild attack, can be easily recovered with normal medical treatment and the other is the severe attacks, here the attack is very severe and require immediate medical treatment. Asthma is a respiratory disease triggered by external environs. The list triggering agents of Asthma is very long and varied from situation to situation. Exercise is one of the common trigger to induce Asthma. Exercise induced Asthma is not very severe in some case but in some they are very severe and requires on the spot medical help.

Exercise induces Asthma even to people who are healthy and dose not has any symptoms of Asthma. People with exercise induced Asthma need to be very safe and they will more sensitive to changes in temperature and also to humidity of air. People with Exercise Asthma must very care full and breathe through your nose when ever you are rest which keeps your lung with adequate air. And while breathing through nose you get warm and humidify air. When you are doing some exercise breath through mouth to get cold air. In this case, the air ways gets swell and start to secrete more mucus which leads the patients to suffer a lot.
Exercise induced asthma is very dangerous one as it starts more mucus and block the air passage and the patient feel very difficult to inhale and exhale the air. That why this type of asthma is know as Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
