Asthma is a chronic lung disease, involves the whole respiratory system which conflagrates and narrows the airways in our body. This disease cause when the person is exposed to an allergen, tobacco smoke, warm or cold air, body spray, pet dander, moist air, exertion, or stress. People with asthma face many symptoms when the mucus is filled in the airways of the respiratory system. The major symptoms are coughing, severe at night, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, pressure and pain in lungs.
Asthma symptoms is not the same for all person it differs from person to person, environments to environment and also the asthma attacks differs in each stage to each person. Some people with asthma dose not have any symptoms for a long time but have the attacks now and then, some asthma patients have the symptoms daily and they suffer a lot for every climatic change. The mild asthma attacks are very common and can be released soon, but the severe attacks are very dangerous and need immediate medical help.

Asthma must in under control or it will lead to severe attacks. The symptoms of asthma are very mild but you should check up with the doctor for proper and regular treatment to keep the disease in control. By recognizing the asthma symptoms soon, it can be stopped and save the person from severe attacks. The symptoms of asthma are very visible sometimes, like coughing, tired during exercise, easily you can be upset, changes in lung functions and trouble in sleeping.
